Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Sahata: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and integrity of the published articles.

The review process is conducted as follows:

  1. Initial Screening
    The editorial team evaluates the submitted manuscript to ensure it fits the journal’s focus and scope, follows the author guidelines, and is free from plagiarism.
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
    Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers using a double-blind review system, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
  3. Review Decision
    Based on the reviewers’ comments, the editor will make one of the following decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
  4. Revision Process
    Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ suggestions within the specified time.
  5. Final Decision
    The editor makes the final decision based on the revised manuscript and reviewers’ recommendations.
  6. Publication
    Accepted manuscripts are published in the journal according to the publication schedule.
