Publication Ethics

Al-Hasany: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. This statement is based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Ethical Guidelines for Authors

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.
  • Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently.
  • All forms of plagiarism are unacceptable.
  • Authors should disclose any conflicts of interest.

Ethical Guidelines for Editors

  • Editors are responsible for deciding which articles are suitable for publication.
  • Editors must evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit without discrimination.
  • Editors must ensure confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Editors must not use unpublished materials for their own research.

Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers

  • Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive feedback.
  • Reviewers should maintain confidentiality of manuscripts.
  • Reviewers must disclose conflicts of interest.
  • Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited.

Publication Decisions

The editor is responsible for deciding which submitted manuscripts should be published, based on the validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to this journal will be screened for plagiarism using appropriate software. The journal does not accept manuscripts with a similarity index of more than 20%.

Conflicts of Interest

All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or other conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of a manuscript.
