Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to Al-Hasany: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam must follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

1. General Requirements

  • The manuscript must be original and not previously published.
  • The manuscript must not be under consideration in another journal.
  • The manuscript can be written in Indonesian or English.

2. Manuscript Format

  • Manuscript length: 6000–8000 words (15–20 pages).
  • Font: Book Antiqua, size 12.
  • Line spacing: 1.5.
  • Paper size: A4.
  • Use the journal template provided.

3. Structure of the Article

  • Title (clear and concise)
  • Author’s name and affiliation
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (3–5 words)
  • Introduction
  • Method
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

4. Citation and References

  • Use APA 7th edition citation style.
  • Use reference management tools such as Mendeley or Zotero.
  • Minimum 20 references.
  • At least 80% of references must be from journal articles.
  • At least 80% of references must be from the last 10 years.

5. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS system.
  • Authors must register and log in before submitting.
  • All required metadata must be completed.

6. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. The maximum similarity index allowed is 20%.

7. Template

Authors must use the official journal template before submission.
